Did you happen to use a Lauren Bacall referance for the woman in the back? Cause it looks like her
Well, it could be her...sounds right....but it is actually a copy/homage to a piece of art by the model I used for that piece, a friend of mine by the name of Richard Martinez (goes by 'burn').
Amazing detail...did you use reference or was this completely off the top of your head? Impressive, either way!
Oh, I use reference, usually shoot my own...wish I could do this stuff out of my head, but it is very hard to get that sense of individuality and the play of light and shadows without reference...for me, anyway.
Awwwwwww... it's huge! It's great... the eyes! THE EYES!!!! ARRRRGH, it's too much for me.... too handsome... too... THE EYES THE EYES! *faints* I love this image so much I have to put it as a favourite again!
Really nice....it is definately your ability to use lighting in these to evoke the mood without it looking corny, that really sets you apart.
wow...the details are great...and the shadings..and...wonderful piece again!
ahhhhhhhhh!!! this is so realistic!! my favourite so far of yours!! the tattoos rule too, your stuff kicks ass!
woah. i thought it was a photograph... thats wicked..
I never had realized the detail on this one... The tatoos and the face in the background. I definitely love your black and white pieces.
